The Destination Death Series

The Destination Death series with amateur sleuth Harriet Monroe was a blast to write. I've been asked why I haven't written more in that series, but the truth is, I felt that I wrapped up Harriet's story with the seventh book and any more would feel like beating a dead horse. (Ew, that's an awful image, but I'm going to leave it there.)

One thing I especially enjoyed about this series is the underlying mystery of Harriet's lost memories, a separate mystery that is carried through each book until the cause and repercussions are eventually revealed.

I created a family of the heart for Harriet on the tropical island known as the Island Resort, people I would like to know myself. If I ever run out of ideas I may dip back into that world and give these characters their own stories. In the meantime, I can wholeheartedly recommend the series. They're fun, fast-paced, and entertaining.
