I’m on a roll with the old-fashioned insults. This month I’m going even further back in time to Shakespeare.

From Troilus and Cressida, Act II, Scene I. Thercites insulting Achilles, telling him that most people claim Achilles’ intelligence lies in his muscles, and if Hector cracked open his and Ajax’s head, he’d find an empty shell.
