Quote of the Week

I am who I am today because of the choices I made yesterday.

I’ve seen this quote attributed to Eleanor Roosevelt and to Stephen Covey. Eleanor was a smart lady so she might have said it first. The problem with attributing a quote like this is that it is such a universal truth that anyone could have said it.

The important bit is that everything we choose affects our now and it affects our future. Our lives are built upon the choices we make, large and small. From the food and drink we put in our mouths to who we partner with to what we spend our money on to how we treat family and friends––every choice creates the life we end up living.
