Quote of the Week

"If you have taken a wrong turn, then to go forward does not get you any nearer. If you are on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road and in that case the [person] who turns back soonest is the most progressive [person].” CS Lewis

I'm going to wrap up our month on Choices with a quote from C.S. Lewis.

Sometimes the toughest choices are the ones where we realize we've made a terrible mistake. We can choose to live with it, but let me tell you, in the end that will not build us a happy life. I have made many choices that I had to undo, choices where I had to make an about-turn and make the better choice. But that's all part of living, isn't it? Our mistakes teach us.

Bottom line: Do not be afraid to make a choice. Some will work out, others won't. Do not be afraid to undo a bad choice. You will make a better one next time. It's called living and learning.
