Thursday's Thoughts

One of the first series I wrote was the Junkyard Dog series, a science fiction space opera consisting of thirteen novellas (short novels). It was a lot of fun to write because I let my imagination go wherever it wanted and I came up with some truly creative creatures and scenarios.

Major Margarita King’s entire life centers around her job as a galaxy cop. She is sent to investigate a strange signal, but someone she trusts sabotages her ship and she is forced to land on an uninhabited planet to make repairs. Through the series she picks up a hodgepodge of a crew while avoiding the people who believe her to be dead – until the day of reckoning arrives and Rita confronts the saboteurs.
